Originally founded by David Cooke in 1982 to build out a gated residential community in Fort Worth, Westbriar soon began to move into other construction areas on a custom design and build to suit basis.

David Cooke
David Cooke started Westbriar Construction in 1982 to build out a gated residential community in Fort Worth. In the years following, David continued to produce top quality results and as result has gained experience in commercial and residential building alike.
Clayton Cooke
Clayton Cooke joined the company in 2003 and brought with him his technological expertise which took the Westbriar vision to a whole new level, making them a leader in building Smart Homes.
